Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are granted under the following circumstances:

∙ You received the wrong item that differs from what you ordered

∙ Your item has not yet been shipped

Requesting a Refund

To initiate a refund, contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at support@valleystrength.com. Please include your order number and a description of the issue.

Return Process

∙ Wrong item received: We will send the correct item immediately. No need to return the wrong item.

∙ Unshipped items: No return necessary. Your refund will be processed directly.

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for correctly fulfilled orders or purchases made outside the specified conditions above.
